  This hotel was centrally located to all waterfront activities in Cairns. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was undergoing some serious renovations. Our room had new carpet and furniture; yet, the walls still looked old and terrible and the bathroom was terribly outdated. The beds were moderately comfortable, but, otherwise, the room was not nice at all.
